2. Empower the 20s and 30s generation in America to provide the majority of the finances for this movement, as well as engaging in evangelistic activity in Liberia.

Welcome! We’re thrilled that you decided to visit our site.

As the founder of The Last Well, I’d like to personally welcome you. I’d also like to invite you to discover and join in a campaign designed to mobilize the time, talents and treasure of 20s and 30s Christians to provide safe, affordable water to the entire nation of Liberia and preach the Gospel to those we serve. We dig wells. We share the Gospel. In the process, we also watch as God uses 20s and 30s Christians to eradicate the water problem of an entire nation!

Imagine hearing the following news report in the not too distant future:

“It’s January 22, 2014 at 1:43 PM (GMT) in Liberia. We are reporting live at the location of THE LAST WELL. The Last Well has accomplished in just five short years what many thought impossible. With THE LAST WELL being completed this very minute, The Last Well has provided clean water to the entire nation and they’ve done it all, as they say, “in the name of Christ.” Over the past five years this Christian organization has moved literally from border to border in Liberia digging wells and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with every community they serve.”

This news report can become reality! Imagine, God’s people accomplishing a God-sized task for His name and His glory.

As you browse this site, ask yourself, “Does God want me to become a part of this God-sized vision?” Maybe yes…maybe no. If He says yes, there are many ways to get involved. There are many ways to become part of this God-sized campaign!

There are a couple of places on this site that I don’t want you to miss, so I’ve place the links here for easy access.

The first link will guide you to the history of The Last Well. You’ll read how this campaign came to be.

The second link takes you to the page for our [climbs]. A defining fundraising campaign is our Seven Summits Awareness Campaign. A founding team of ten mountaineers has committed to climbing the tallest mountains on each of the seven continents – the Seven Summits – to accomplish the goals above. I was a member of the amazing team of men who went on the first expedition last year to [Mt Elbrus].

Finally, I’d like you to register on our site. When you do you’ll get regular updates on THE LAST WELL, progress on Expeditions, and read about the many ways that God is using young adults to accomplish His vision.

Thanks again for taking the time to browse the site and hopefully we will soon count you as a partner in ministry!

Carpe Deum! (Seize God!),

Todd Phillips
