The Last Well, Inc – referred to as TLW in this document – provides no services or goods via thelastwell.org domain or aliases. Donations are received on a voluntary basis. All donations are used to fulfill TLW’s Mission. Please refer to TLW’s Mission Statement. All donations are tax deductible pending TLW’s approved 501(c)(3) application for not-for-profit status as an organization. This approval will apply retrospectively to all donations made during the pending approval period. Please refer to your tax advisor for specific details and how this affects you.
